Job Description:
Our client that is a PE firm in the automotive application space is looking to bring on a group of customer success specialists to join their onboarding team and help integrate new customers onto their new platform. They will be working hands-on with small businesses across the country to train, problem solve, and build confidence in a product that can transform their business! This is a HUGE opportunity for someone to step into a fast-growing company and work with a SaaS product that makes long-lasting impacts to customers every day!

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in professional services or B2B customer service/account management
• Experience using Salesforce (Groove, Gmail, Slack also a plus)
• Experience communicating with customers over the phone and via email
• Technical experience or aptitude in working with SaaS platform configuration and troubleshooting
• Hands on experience supporting customers using an Enterprise Software or SaaS Solution

Nice to have:
• Knowledge of automotive aftermarket repair shops
• Spanish speaking

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Sales team to jump start new customer onboarding
• Onboard customers through a combination of online training tools, training meetings you’ll conduct, and ongoing follow-up of questions during the onboard cycle
• Drive adoption of the customer and their staff via phone calls and emails
• Set and adhere to go-live dates and ensure everything the customer needs to meet that date happens
• Monitor the health of customers in your onboarding pipeline
• Track bugs, feature requests, other customer needs and escalate as appropriate to Support
