Job Description:
Our global client in the aerospace industry is looking for someone to joing their End User Fulfillment Operations team and will work at one of their key sites in Cedar Rapids, supporting Special Order requests for the entire campus and Midwest region. They will play a huge role in maintaining their stockrooms and getting to work with directly approved vendors on obtaining IT components. Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience working in an inventory/stockroom/buyer role
• Experience with a procurement system (ex. SAP or Aruba)
• Hands-on experience reading and responding to tickets using a ticketing system (ex. ServiceNow or Remedy)
• Experience with O365 and Office Suite – Outlook, Word & Excel
• Ability to lifts up to 25 lbs
• Experience creating shipping labels and shipping out packages
• Stellar customer service skills & ability to work with many different people within a day and handle escalations with ease

Nice to have:
• Associates Degree
• Knowledge of computer hardware components

Responsibilities:
• Places and processes custom IT orders for numerous business units
• Received and prepares customer IT orders for technicians and stakeholders
• Monitors team inbox and responds to inquires
• Guides stakeholders through the ordering process by placing orders, providing order status updates to requestor, managing shipping and receiving into the systems, applications and products (SAP/Ariba) program
• Completes returns as needed with vendors for defective parts
• Issues stock from local hub and technicians, end-user sites
