Job Description:
Summary
Our customer is hiring (2) Enterprise Architects who will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise across the organization’s technology enterprise. You’ll work heavily with business stakeholders and executive staff to create roadmaps that outline the evolution of the organization’s IT landscape over time. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, to bridge the gap between business and IT and ensure that technology investments support long-term goals and deliver value. Requirements:
• 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect, designing technology roadmaps and overseeing the implementation of enterprise level systems to ensure they’re scalable, secure, and align with enterprise objectives.
• 10+ years’ experience in information technology with a focus on Application domains and/or IT (network, server, etc) domains.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at the highest level to help them understand technology concepts, strategies, and big-picture outcomes.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, documentation, and best practices (ie: TOGAF, Zachman, etc).
• Proficiency in IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards.

Nice to have:
• Healthcare background.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions across multiple domains, considering scalability, security, performance, and other architectural principles.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other architects to define the technology strategy and roadmap and ensure it aligns with the overall enterprise architecture.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, 3rd party solutions, emerging technologies/ best practices to make recommendations for adoption, change management, and integration.
• Identify potential risks and challenges across the organization and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in solution delivery
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, design specifications, and technical documentation to support development teams.
