Job Description:
One of our global Fintech clients is looking for a Sr. PM/Contracts Manager to join their Professional Services Banking division and play a key role in negotiating contract deals, driving & managing, various customer-funded projects for their Financial Institution clients. The majority of the projects this person will be supporting are existing clients that are rolling out a software upgrade to their ATM’s or ITM’s. Currently, this group has 199 live projects and additional build-up of integrations in the pipeline. These projects are all very complex & require some technical knowledge. An aspect of this role will consist of contract management work—drafting SOW’s, negotiating with clients, and building project scopes. **Potentially could require 10-20% travel**

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, working on multiple fast-paced software development projects for a financial institution client– preferably revolved around ATM’s, ITM’s, payment solutions, or payment processing
• Strong experience managing transformational high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders and business functions (software/hardware, sales, pre-sales teams, as well as customers)
• Extensive negotiation and contract management skills with prior experience creating SOW’s, RFP’s, & RFI’s
• Experience building project scope, driving collaboration across all teams, updating timelines as needed, & communicating deliverables to ensure project is completed on time and within budget
• Experience implementing or integrating a software product or service for a financial institution client
• Ability to effectively communicate across both technical and non-technical teams
• Driver mentality with a strong ability to run multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:
• Prior experience supporting a financial institution client from a vendor perspective (HP, NCR, Diebold, Fiserv, etc.)

• Plan, coordinate, negotiate, execute & deliver software application implementation projects—including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Effectively monitor and track project progress against established goals and communicate project status, including roadblocks, milestones, and successes with all stakeholders involved (sales, pre-sales, & software teams – as well as the client)
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from beginning to end to ensure software upgrades & enhancements are implemented for the ATM’s & ITM’s
• Interface with banking client’s teams to negotiate red-lines for contracts, create scope for SOW’s, RFP’s, RFI’s, etc. to ensure deal is ready to be implemented
• Spend 50% of time driving project deliverables, and 50% of time drafting and negotiating contracts
