Job Description:
The AFNCR IT Services program provides critical Information Systems/Technology support for major Airforce Bases in the U.S. including HQ (HAF), District of Washington (AFDW), Secretary of Defense (OSD), and many others. This role is a huge opportunity to join a massive Secret Cleared DoD team to ensure the execution and validation of key systems being used by their customers.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience imaging computer/desktop systems – assigning computers, configuring/checking dimensions, closing out work orders/asset inventory documentation
• Experience in a Windows environment
• One of the following certifications: Security+, GSEC, SCNP, or SSCP
• Minimum of an ACTIVE Secret clearance required (or Top-Secret TS/SCI)
• Excellent customer service skills including escalating issues and responsiveness, clear communication, team player mentality

Nice to have:
• TS/SCI Clearance
• B.S. degree in Information Technology related discipline

Responsibilities:
• Deploy a secure standard image for relevant environments / domains.
• Provide feedback regarding user and product requirements for systems solutions regarding technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Assist with audit and evaluation of the imaging process to determine costs and risks, supportability, and scalability for desktop systems.
• Continuously evaluate the imaging process for opportunities to automate and reallocate effort toward innovation.
