Job Description:
The Cyber Assurance team at our global client is responsible for protecting the enterprise-wide data, technology, and its end users from external cyber threats by constantly monitoring and remediating all of their assets and endpoints. They recently took back ownership of their Defect Management Platform – Axonius, which has not been properly maintained for the last 5 months due to this transition. This resource will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and continuously improving the platform to ensure seamless performance across the business units. They will also be conducting QA for every release, provide training, and support the integration of defect data into the platform. They will have the opportunity to collaborate with control owners to address metrics, reporting issues, and assist in enterprise-wide risk reduction programs. Requirements:
• 3+ years’ experience in as a Systems Engineer supporting Axonius or similar Defect Management Platform
• Similar Platforms: OneTrust IT Risk and Security Assurance, ServiceNow Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC), SAFE One, ZenGRC, IBM OpenPages, MetricStream IT Risk Management, Balbix Security Cloud
• Hands-on experience with supporting integrations, adopters or connectors into the Defect Management Platform
• Experience conducting QA reviews for all new feature releases and capabilities of Axonius
• Experience integrating data from cloud, OT, and third-party systems into Axonius
• Experience with enterprise-wide risk management and metrics reporting
Nice to have:
• Axonius Certified Professional
• Asset management or IAM background
Responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain, and continuously improve the defect management platform (Axonius)
• Conduct thorough QA reviews for all new feature releases and capabilities
• Provide regular training to business unit stakeholders on new platform features, capabilities, and improvements (through sessions, awareness emails, Wiki page updates, etc.)
• Drive integration of defect data from various sources (Cloud, OT, 3P) into the platform
• Promptly address and resolve customer issues or defects
• Support enterprise-led risk reduction programs by assisting in resolving critical risks (including generating and analyzing metrics, scorecards, and defect reports)
• Collaborate with control owners to address and resolve issues related to metrics and reporting, holding regular meetings to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution
