One of our hospitality partners in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager to join their Enterprise Performance Transformation team, supporting the global consolidation of four Enterprise Finance Management Systems into two with the adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream Platforms. This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-impact, highly visible team that collaborates with internal leaders across the company to drive meaningful change. You’ll work with diverse teams to design, develop, and deploy change management strategies for the platforms that enable the sustainable adoption of transformative initiatives. Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Change Management, supporting enterprise-wide testing and deployment of Enterprise Finance Management Platforms.
• Experience in the testing and deployment phases of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and OneStream platforms, including leading or supporting training workstreams to ensure sustained adoption post-deployment.
• 2+ years of experience in communications, change management, or project roles, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in communications across multiple channels, including oral, written, digital, and visual.
• In-depth quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Bachelor’s degree.

• Background from consulting firms such as KMPG, EY, Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, PWC.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the development and execution of change management strategies, ensuring alignment with project timelines and organizational goals.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to identify trends, derive meaningful insights, and recommend actionable solutions to support organizational change.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from senior executives to frontline employees, to drive alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports to articulate the change journey, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the transformation process.
