Job Description:
One of our top Government agency client’s are dedicated to promoting the economic and social well-being of families, children, individuals, and communities through programs that provide critical support and resources. This role will play a key part in ensuring compliance with federal IT policies, optimizing IT investments, and advancing the maturity of capital planning processes. This is an exciting opportunity to provide leadership in IT governance, portfolio management, and project oversight, driving impactful solutions that enhance ability to deliver vital child support services.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in CPIC IT portfolio management supporting government agencies with 3+ years in a leadership/senior level position
• Extensive experience owning the strategy for capital planning, cost analysis, risk management, and governance – including implementation of best practices
• Experience utilizing Folio for management reporting as well as Jira for task management
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to be solution oriented (customer facing, gathering requirements) and engage with executive leadership/facilitate cross functional teams.
• Active Public Trust required (recent thorough Government background screening process including fingerprinting).

Nice to have:
• Previous experience supporting ACF or OCSS
• PMP or TBM certifications

Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy for capital planning, cost analysis, risk management, and governance to ensure compliance with federal IT policies and advance OCSS’s capital planning processes.
• Oversee and optimize IT investments, leveraging best practices in CPIC portfolio management to enhance operational efficiency and support OCSS’s mission.
• Strategize customer requirements to ensure CPIC process improvements, customer policy maturity and growth, and improving best practices
• Act as a key liaison between executive leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, requirements gathering, and solution-oriented strategies.
• Facilitate investment reviews, develop governance documentation, and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders to meet compliance and decision-making needs.
