SAP Ariba Security Administrator

Job Description:
Our global Client in the Aerospace & Defense Industry is looking for someone that can support the manual work for Ariba since they cannot do a lot of the provisioning through SailPoint. This role will entail a lot of CSV Creation Files, Rule Changes, working with functional teams to make changes to roles and groups, supporting EIM and MDG within Ariba, doing cleanup and extracts, responding to audit requests, mapping roles etc. This person will work closely with the Sr. SAP Ariba Security Lead and interface with various levels of leadership. Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience as an SAP Ariba Security Administrator
Well versed in SAP Ariba/Fieldglass/MDG Security
Able to troubleshoot security in SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, SAP S/4 or ECC, CRM, BW, Portal, PI, and other SAP systems.
Well versed identifying and resolve security risks, ensuring regulatory compliance with policies within Ariba
Ability to communicate and engage with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience leading SAP security implementations, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support
Proficient in IT security controls/ SoD concepts with the ability to drive security role remediation plans for audit and compliance related findings.
Availability to support off-hours work as required, including weekends, holidays, and 24/7 on call responsibilities.

Nice to have:
Previous Aerospace and Defense Experience
SAP Ariba certification is a plus
Experience with EIM/SailPoint is a plus
Experience with SAP Solution Manager/ChaRM change processes

Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain SAP Ariba security
Collaborate with IT and functional teams to define and implement security policies, standards, and procedures.
Define and maintain user roles, permissions, and access controls for SAP Ariba modules in alignment with organizational policies.
Maintain documentation of SAP Ariba security configurations, incident response procedures, and security policies.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Provide guidance and support to end-users on security-related issues and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure configurations for SAP Ariba & SAP Fieldglass.
Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and implement remediation measures.
