Oracle WMS Technical Product Manager

Our customer is seeking an Oracle WMS Technical Product Manager to join their Digital Supply Chain, Logistics and Fulfillment team. This person will bridge between business stakeholders, warehouse operations leaders, and development teams, and translate operational requirements – such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and system usability – into clear, technical deliverables within the Oracle EBS/ WMS environment. The ideal candidate combines functional Oracle WMS expertise with technical product roadmap development and prioritization, ultimately ensuring the Oracle WMS solution meets user needs and system performance goals. They’ll also play a pivotal role owning the strategic roadmap for the future transformation from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of Oracle EBS/ WMS experience within the Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), or Shipping Execution (WSH) modules, to translate business needs into effective digital solutions.
• Proven ability to drive the Oracle WMS roadmap, to deliver measurable outcomes with the product development team.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, to bridge warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and development teams for aligned priorities.
• Continuous Improvement mindset, to apply Lean practices, streamline processes and optimize system usage.
• Bachelor’s Degree w/ 6+ years relatable professional experience OR Associate’s Degree with 8+ years relatable professional experience.

Nice to have:
• Experience with Cloud Oracle Fusion, to prepare for future Fusion transformation to the Cloud.

Responsibilities:
• Own the Oracle WMS product roadmap and define priorities, plan releases, and partner with developers to deliver system enhancements that drive measurable business value.
• Translate warehouse and business requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables within Oracle EBS (WMS, INV, OM, WSH) to improve accuracy, throughput, and usability.
• Collaborate across business, warehouse operations, and IT teams to align on priorities, communicate progress, and ensure solutions meet both operational and strategic goals.
• Ensure system stability and compliance by partnering with technical teams on testing, release validation, and adherence to quality and security standards.
• Analyze and optimize warehouse processes using Lean practices and data-driven insights to identify system or workflow improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives, including preparation for future Oracle Fusion Cloud migration.
