Job Description:
Our client is an innovative digital banking company that has recently emerged as a spinoff from their larger (former) parent organization. As they continue building out a secure and scalable operational foundation, they are looking to bring on a seasoned NetSuite Admin to support their new platform, post implementation. This position will be on their Enterprise Applications team responsible for optimization and performance of their software suites utilized across the globe! In this fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring internal teams can function efficiently with new tools and workflows, directly impacting external customers as well.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience administering and implementing NetSuite software at Enterprise level companies
o Configurations, workflows, dashboards, roles/permissions, and overall management of software suite
• 3+ years configuring and administrating NetSuite Financial Management and NetSuite Projects (Project Management, Project Accounting, Project Budgeting)
• Agile environment experience utilizing Jira for project tracking and collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to ensure project success

Nice to have:
• Hands-on Zuora administration experience (Zuora CPQ, Billing, Revenue)
• Familiarity with SuiteAnalytics and SuiteFlow for building automations and reporting solutions.
• Fintech or Payments industry experience

Responsibilities:
• NetSuite administration – managing configurations, customizations, and ongoing maintenance of Financial Management and Projects modules.
• Configure and enhance NetSuite functionality — including saved searches, reports, dashboards, and automations — to improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and Project Management teams to align NetSuite capabilities with evolving business needs and processes.
• Support end users by troubleshooting issues, managing permissions, optimizing workflows, and maintaining data integrity across projects and financials.
• Manage system integrations between NetSuite and external applications (such as Salesforce), ensuring data consistency across platforms.
