Job Description:
Innovien Solutions, an award winning Tech Solutions firm, is seeking an Oracle Fusion ERP SME to play a key role in the enterprise transformation as they migrate from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion HCM. In this impactful role, you’ll help design, implement, and configure cutting-edge Oracle Cloud solutions that streamline and modernize the HR operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization and contribute to a full-scale data migration and cloud integration initiative—from the ground up.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on implementation, configuration, and post go-live support experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Served as the Oracle Fusion SME, leading end-to-end data migration and system integration from PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud – including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and loading of employee data using FBDI, HDL, and ADFdi tools
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM security architecture, including role-based access control (RBAC), security profiles, custom roles, and data security policies
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and interface issues, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system performance
• Deep functional expertise in key HCM modules including Core HR, US/Canada Payroll, Time and Labor, Talent Management, HCM Helpdesk, Analytics, and Workforce Compensation
Nice to have:
• Oracle Certifications – Oracle Fusion Applications HCM Process Essentials Certified Architect, Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware to allow applications to seamlessly share information and functionality
Responsibilities:
• Lead the charge in configuring, deploying, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules—bringing hands-on expertise to drive functional excellence across the platform.
• Collaborate with HR and IT leaders to transform complex business requirements into scalable, high-impact Oracle HCM solutions.
• Support full lifecycle implementations and migrations of Oracle Fusion systems, ensuring smooth transitions and long-term system stability.
• Act as the go-to expert for Oracle Fusion ERP HCM issues—owning resolution paths and providing timely, accurate support for end-users and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced functional and technical issues across key HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll (US & Canada), Time and Labor, HCM Analytics, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation, and Helpdesk.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Oracle Fusion solutions with broader business and technology goals.
• Mentor and empower junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to build a strong, future-ready HCM competency within the organization.
