Client Virtualization Administrator

One of our Global Aerospace Partners is seeking multiple Client Virtualization Administrators to join their Client Engineering team as they expand their technical and operational bandwidth. The ideal candidate will have a diverse Systems Admin and troubleshooting background to tackle Citrix operational tasks and get involved with large VMWare and Azure Virtual Desktop projects with the technical teams. Requirements:
• 5+ years as a System Admin or similar role
o Work with server management, Active Directory, remote support, etc.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting Citrix
o Citrix VDI, creating new VDI images, updating and administrating Citrix in Citrix Cloud
• ServiceNow ticketing experience
• Knowledge of VMware Horizon administration and configuration
• Experience and working knowledge within MS Windows 10 and above
• Proficient in an Azure environment

Nice to have:
• Experience with WSUS, SCCM, Intune, MDM

Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support to the Client Engineering team by resolving escalated tickets in ServiceNow and performing server upgrades
• Supporting the Citrix environments which include – Citrix Virtual apps and Desktops, XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Provisioning Services (PVS) and AppSense
• Support of the VMware Horizon environment
• Work with end users and the network/firewall teams to support for break fix issues related to the Client Virtualization environment
• Assist the technical teams with strategy projects involving VMWare Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop, and more
