Lead ServiceNow Technical Architect


Job Description:
A Global Fortune 50 Partner of ours is looking for a hands-on Lead Technical Architect with a strong background in ServiceNow to support a multi-year ServiceNow consolidations project. The Lead Architect will analyze the current environment in Service Management and determine areas of improvement needed for the consolidation, as well as work with the technical development teams to design & create applications & services to meet their end goal. • 10+ years in a Technical Architect role
• 7+ years’ experience with ServiceNow development
• Must have a ServiceNow Certification
• Experience with the SDLC including Requirements Analysis, Design, Installation, Development, Testing (application code and user acceptance), and Deployment
• Experience building out solutions and articulating those solutions to the different BU’s
• Experience with designing applications and/or services in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow database management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Nice to have:
• ITIL Certified

• Work within Service Management on various projects, specifically around consolidation of their ServiceNow platform working toward one uniform enterprise platform
• Working with process leads and BU leads to document requirements, create process, and workflows for the internal ServiceNow Solutions project
• Develop platform roadmaps and strategies
• Create and maintain automations and integrations between ServiceNow and IT platforms
• Drive ServiceNow ITIL Platform Adoption across organization
• Present ServiceNow knowledge and best practices to key stakeholders
