Operations Analyst/Office Admin


Job Description:
Our Global Partner is looking for an Office Admin/Operations Analyst to join their team, sitting at their corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. This position would work with their Media Services business operations group, providing support for media receipt services. Currently slated as a 6-month contract, but potential for longer growth & opportunity after getting a foot in the door! Start date is a week from offer accepted.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage time effectively

• Review invoices that fail to load to identify root cause and resolve loading issue
• Provide direction/requirements for parser updates and validate updates are completed appropriately, either based on customer direction or industry standards
• Investigate invoice receipt options, determine, document, and recommend available options to optimize each receipt channel
• Initiate, coordinate, and track media service requests for customer invoice redirection or conversion
• Identification and setup of invoice receipt location sources
• Identify vendor portal setup details – url, login and passwords and accounts
