Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree
– High level of self-accountability and drive to continually grow and improve

career as a sales professional

– Strong communication & time management skills
– Team player with a high level of coachability and desire to learn

Responsibilities:
– Train and execute the delivery of our core service offering, technology recruiting
– Work with your internal team to source and deliver the best experience
and talent for our clients
– Create a trusting business relationship with candidates and hiring managers
– Schedule and attend meetings with Fortune 1000 hiring managers to
assess business opportunities and sell Innovien’s premium services
– Maintain relationships with Innovien’s customer base through attending
lunches, dinners, happy hours, networking and out of office events
– Eagerness to remain on the frontlines of emerging industry trends
