Sr. Technical Project Manager (Telecom)


Job Description:
One of our Top Global Partners is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to help lead a massive project beginning in Q1 2022 to migrate all of the company’s telecom/telephone solutions from 90+ varying solutions to Zoom Phone, Zoom’s newest Cloud Phone System. 100% remote EST hours. • 6+ years’ experience as a technical project manager – managing large scale Global IT projects
o Including extensive experience with large telephony migration projects
• Experience working with Zoom phone/telecom cloud platform for migration/implementation
• Extensive experience supporting an Enterprise-sized, 24/7 Global company – ability to work across time zones, if needed
• Understanding & knowledge in various PM software – Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Project, etc.
• Great communication, collaboration, & self-starter skills, ability to lead strategy & management across organization

This role will support multiple projects and business units/areas of the company to transition their telephony system (whatever they may be using presently) to their new company wide cloud solution (multiple, main lines of businesses). The Sr. Technical PM will be supporting/managing the various deployments, transitions, cost savings metrics, etc. to successfully get all employees onto Zoom Cloud phone services. They will be managing timelines/deadlines, budgets, communications & progress tracking across all current employees throughout different offices to make sure the total migration is on track in transitioning to the one centralized phone platform.
