One of our Top Global Partners is looking for a Technical Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to join their Enterprise Architecture team in their efforts to consolidate/integrate their ServiceNow & Cloud platform data into one large SaaS Management Platform – LeanIX. The ideal candidate will have exposure to LeanIX, but is not required. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Must be local to Atlanta, GA, West Palm Beach, FL or surrounding areas & willingness to be onsite 1-2x/month beginning in January 2022 (hybrid schedule). Requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience as a project manager or scrum master in a technical Agile/Scrum environment
o Including experience managing Enterprise integration or implementation projects surrounding SaaS or cloud applications
• Extensive experience working in a DevOps environment – strong knowledge within DevOps and SDLC
• Strong knowledge & experience with Jira for project management
• Demonstrated problem solving skills – ability to collaborate Enterprise wide with business leaders, technical teams, and product owners
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Responsibilities:
• Owns responsibility to manage relationships throughout the organization including all project team members, business contributors and stakeholders, and executive management
• Duties involve exercising project communication to efficiently task and manage internal and external teams, contain scope and execute change requests as necessary, identify and mitigate risks
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
• Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of productive conflict resolution and problem solving
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
• Prepare and present reports on the progress and success
• Coordinates activities with other teams across the program
• Partner with and support the Product Owner
• Ensure teams are held accountable to agile SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) tenants and their internal working agreements including use of appropriate tools, standards and best practices
• Promote and demonstrate core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility
