Finance Coordinator

Job Description:
This is a high-impact Project Lead role supporting a large-scale transformation across Planning, Forecasting, and Enterprise Integrations. You’ll sit at the center of multiple workstreams, working directly with finance, supply chain, and technical teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure deliverables are executed across both legacy and modernized systems. This is a highly visible role where you’ll help drive standardization, reduce technical debt, and ensure critical planning and forecasting initiatives stay on track.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience leading requirements gathering across Planning & Forecasting functions, translating business needs from finance and operations teams into clear, actionable deliverables
• Proven experience acting as a central program lead or coordinator, managing multiple workstreams, tracking dependencies, and ensuring alignment across timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
• Performed hands-on SAP work supporting integrations and data flow across enterprise systems, with direct involvement in planning and forecasting processes and a strong understanding of how data moves from source to reporting.
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE), including coordinating milestones and dependencies tied to finance or supply chain data within larger transformation programs
• Experience identifying and managing risks, gaps, and dependency issues across cross-functional teams, while supporting change management and driving process standardization across tools and reporting systems

Nice to have:
• Previous Project Management experience in the Aerospace industry

Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering sessions across planning and forecasting teams, working with stakeholders using legacy tools and evolving business processes
• Act as the central point of coordination across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment of deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
• Oversee SAP integration efforts tied to planning and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely data flow across systems
• Coordinate closely with JDE-focused teams to track milestones, dependencies, and overall program alignment
• Drive visibility across workstreams, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and misalignment in deliverables
• Partner with finance and business teams to understand current state processes and support transition to standardized reporting and forecasting models
• Support change management efforts as the organization evolves tools, processes, and reporting structures
• Work cross-functionally with technical and functional teams to ensure integrations and business requirements are clearly defined and executed
