SAP Integration Consultant – P&F

Job Description:
This is a high-impact SAP Integration role supporting a large-scale Planning & Forecasting transformation initiative where they are going through some heavy growth. You’ll work directly with finance and business stakeholders to stabilize and optimize SAP-to-OneStream integrations, while helping bring structure and visibility to a fragmented forecasting environment. This team is currently operating with multiple forecasting tools and unclear data sources, creating noise and inefficiencies across the business. This individual will step in to assess the current state, partner with internal teams, and ensure all data pipelines are properly aligned, standardized, and feeding into enterprise systems correctly.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of SAP experience working with financial data (P&L, budgets, forecasts) in support of planning and forecasting initiatives
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP with CPM platforms – OneStream experience required
• Deep understanding of financial data flow: tracing data origins in SAP, how it moves into forecasting/reporting tools, and identifying gaps, duplicates, or incorrect sources
• Experience operating in multi-tool forecasting environments – assessing how each tool is used, then consolidating or standardizing into a cleaner structure
• Ability to work directly with finance stakeholders: running requirements sessions, documenting current-state processes, and driving alignment across systems and teams

Nice to have:
• Deep OneStream configuration and integration experience
• Aviation industry background
• Experience in AI-assisted workflows, knowing when and how to leverage AI tooling within integration and data pipeline architecture

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support SAP-to-OneStream integration activities to ensure accurate, timely data flows for planning and forecasting
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure stable performance across program milestones
• Assess current-state forecasting tools, data sources, and reporting flows across cross-functional teams
• Identify integration gaps and either remediate directly or align with corporate teams for standardization
• Consolidate redundant planning tools and eliminate technical debt across finance systems
• Standardize reporting processes to improve data consistency and business decision-making
• Serve as an internal-facing consultant to Planning & Forecasting stakeholders
• Support change management as new processes and tools are introduced across the business
