• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements, multi-entity reconciliations, and executive-level management reporting packages that drive informed decision-making
• Manage full-cycle project accounting, revenue recognition, WIP tracking, and job costing within Epicor Kinetic to ensure margin integrity and operational alignment
• Develop and continuously refine annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections deeply integrated with operational performance metrics to reflect real-time business conditions
• Deliver granular margin, utilization, backlog, and project profitability analyses in direct partnership with operations leaders to surface actionable insights and improve financial outcomes
• Establish and enforce enterprise-wide internal controls, accounting policies, and multi-site compliance frameworks to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory adherence
• Support complex external audits, lender covenant reporting, and private equity sponsor reporting requirements with precision, maintaining stakeholder confidence and full transparency
• Monitor and optimize AR, AP, inventory, and working capital performance through data-driven strategies that meaningfully strengthen cash flow and operational efficiency
• Champion and implement large-scale ERP optimization initiatives, reporting enhancements, and process standardization efforts to elevate system performance and scalability
• Mentor and develop high-performing accounting teams while serving as a trusted strategic business partner to executive leadership, aligning financial strategy with organizational growth
