Requirements:
• 1+ years of SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar CAD software creating detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models from engineering concepts and sketches
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and mechanical components
• Experience creating technical drawings, layouts, and documentation packages
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team environment
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Drafting, CAD Technology, or related field

Nice to have:
• Experience performing dimensional and visual inspections on machined components
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
• Manufacturing or machining environment experience

Responsibilities:
• Create detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and 3D models from engineering concepts and sketches
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications for mechanical components and assemblies
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation and drawing packages
• Operate CAD and drafting workstations to support engineering and production teams
• Produce engineering layouts, diagrams, and drawing revisions as needed
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections on machined parts and components
• Support in-process inspections while components are still in production
• Identify and help control nonconforming materials or products
• Maintain organized quality records and documentation files
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure drawing accuracy and production efficiency
