Kinaxis Solution Architect

Job Description:
You’ll be leading a major enterprise initiative to migrate multiple legacy supply chain planning environments into the company’s future-state platform. The project has firm milestones through the end of 2027 and will require a highly skilled Kinaxis expert who can work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, architect solutions, and partner closely with both internal teams and external system integrators. This is not a heads-down development role; you’ll be a consultative architect who understands the inner workings of Kinaxis and can bridge the gap between business and technology teams leading a major transformation.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse experience building and configuring Workbooks, Dashboards, Data Models, Automations, and other planning solutions
• Previous experience designing technical solutions for supply chain teams
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP ECC or S/4HANA with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including data mapping, validation, and troubleshooting data flows between systems
• Experience participating in large-scale supply chain transformation, ERP migration, or enterprise planning projects within complex manufacturing environments
• Experience leading Kinaxis projects including, requirements-gathering sessions, collaborating with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and implementation partners throughout project delivery

• Talend integration experience connecting SAP and Kinaxis environments

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Kinaxis SME supporting the migration from legacy Kinaxis environments into the singular platform
• Design, configure, and enhance Kinaxis solutions including Workbooks, Dashboards, Scenarios, Automation Tasks, Data Models, Forms, Widgets, and Scripts
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define future-state solutions, and ensure successful execution of project milestones
• Work closely with system integrators and internal teams to support solution architecture, data mapping, validation activities, and testing efforts
• Analyze existing planning processes and recommend Kinaxis-based solutions that improve functionality while minimizing business disruption
• Support SAP integration efforts, ensuring accurate field mapping, data movement, and synchronization between enterprise systems
• Participate in workshops, user acceptance testing, training sessions, and occasional travel for key project milestones and go-live activities
• Create technical and functional documentation while providing knowledge transfer to internal teams to support long-term sustainability of the platform
