THE ROLE 
Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise commercial accounts across technology, manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, and healthcare where relationships run deep and the work actually matters. WHAT YOU’LL DO 
• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise IT accounts 
• Build relationships with technology leaders to partner on upcoming initiatives 
• Partner with internal delivery teams to support clients across various delivery models including staffing, services, and project delivery 
• Drive business development: prospecting, meetings, proposals, close and account growth

Requirements:
WHAT YOU BRING 
• 3+ years in IT staffing sales or account management
• A strong track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
• Deep knowledge of technical hiring needs and market dynamics
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
