Job Description:
One of our Global Partners in Aerospace & Defense is looking for multiple remote Windchill Developers to join their Product Lifecycle Management team. As part of the scrum development team for a current project, which is related to customizing the Change Management workflows in PTC’s Windchill. These technical team members will come to work with the business & technical objectives as well as a schedule in mind that require their designing, coding, deploying, testing, technical support, and collaboration. Requirements:
• 5 years of experience as a software developer customizing Windchill products (PDMLink, MPMLink) for enhancements and break fix
o Hands-on knowledge of Windchill integration development & tools (Windchill REST Services, SOAP)
o Experience in using the following for modification of Windchill: Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, XSD, XSLT
• Experience with engineering release activities in Windchill PDMLink via Change Notices, Tasks, WTParts, WTDocuments, CAD Documents, Notes, Engineering Bills of Material, and effectivity.
• Knowledge of Cucumber, Selenium, JUnit and DevOps Tools (Jenkins, Containers, GitHub)
• Comfortable working in Linux and/or Unix environments
• Experience troubleshooting/Debugging development issues, including raising support tickets with 3rd party vendors as needed
• Ability to develop and maintain solutions that support multiple deployable configurations from a single codebase.
• Demonstrated experience with delivering and supporting customer focused and results based solutions
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team implementing methodologies/tools (Jira, Confluence)

Nice to have:
• Experience with Windchill PDMLink 11.1 or later, Creo Parametric and how it interacts with PDMLink
o Customizations of ACLs, Lifecycles, Workflows, Info Tasks, Webjects, OIRs, Actions/action-models, Listeners, MVC components, and automated deployments of those changes
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Databases

Responsibilities:
• Customization and modifications of Windchill products for enhancements, break fix, and integration
• Engineering release activities in Windchill PDMLink via Change Notices, Tasks, WTParts, WTDocuments, CAD Documents, Notes, Engineering Bills of Material, and effectivity.
• Coordinate and execute unit and system level automated and or manual test plans and documentation of results in the designated tools.
• Conduct demonstrations of the success of your work in front of peers and business partners with the ability to adjust work based on priorities and external timelines.
• Support team members, submit work for code review, and adjust to deliver the best business value to the organization.
• Identify and communicate opportunities, dependencies and risks.
