Solution Architect

Job Description:
We have partnered with a top integration company and they are looking to add a Solution Architect to their growing team! You will serve as the technical authority for large-scale enterprise programs centered around Oracle ERP systems. In this role, you will define end-to-end architecture, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. You’ll collaborate closely with business and IT leaders to drive critical transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. This is a unique opportunity for a senior technologist with deep Oracle expertise and strong communication skills to make a visible impact, shape enterprise solutions, and grow with a company that is rapidly expanding its footprint across major public and private sector projects.

Requirements:
-7+ years of experience leading solution architecture design for enterprise programs and initiatives.
-Deep expertise in Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud architecture including both cloud and on-premise solutions.
-Proven experience translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
-Strong background in system integration strategies, data flows, and application frameworks in regards to Oracle Cloud implementations.
-Excellent collaboration skills — able to work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
-Demonstrated technical leadership — providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight on solution design and best practices across project teams.

Nice to have:
-Experience working in the public sector with local municipalities.

Responsibilities:
-Lead solution architecture design for Oracle ERP programs and initiatives
-Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions
-Define system integration strategies, data flows, and application frameworks
-Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud and on-premise architectures
-Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, business stakeholders, and development teams
-Evaluate new technologies, tools, and approaches to optimize enterprise systems
-Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and best practices
-Review and approve detailed solution designs from implementation partners and technical teams
-Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
-Support change management and training activities to ensure successful adoption of solutions
