Job Description:
We have partnered with one of the top Oracle Cloud integration companies and they are looking for a strong Program Manager to add to their team! In this role, you’ll manage high-impact cloud transformation projects for municipalities and large enterprises across the US. You’ll work with cutting-edge Oracle ERP and HCM technologies, leading cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive real business outcomes. As the company experiences rapid growth and wins major RFPs, you’ll have the chance to shape delivery processes, influence strategy, and grow your career alongside a team of industry experts. Requirements:
-7+ years of experience leading large-scale Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud programs.
-Strong expertise in Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
-Experience developing and managing program-level plans, budgets, and resource strategies, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects.
-Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and adapting delivery based on project needs.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have:
-Experience in the public sector working with Municipalities.
-PMP and Scrum Certified, run both agile and waterfall methodologies.
-Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP or HCM
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage enterprise-wide programs focused on Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations
-Align program objectives with business goals and define success metrics
-Oversee multiple project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution
-Establish program governance, processes, and reporting structures
-Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
-Mitigate risks and resolve issues across projects and stakeholder groups
-Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT, vendors, and external partners
-Drive change management and adoption strategies across impacted business units
-Monitor program performance and deliver executive-level reporting
-Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability
