As a Product Owner, you’ll help shape innovative enterprise applications that drive one of the nation’s leading connectivity companies. Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum or SAFe Agile environment, with hands-on experience managing product backlogs and leading PI planning sessions.
• Well-versed in using process mapping and workflow tools such as Jira, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart to deliver clear, actionable diagrams for technical and business teams.
• Experience collaborating with technical leads and cross-functional teams, stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, to refine backlogs, plan sprints, and deliver applications on time.
• QA experience with manual testing of web-based software applications, including the creation of test scenarios based on user stories and application specifications.
• Strong grasp of cloud technologies with proven experience deploying scalable and adaptable applications in AWS environments.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary owner of the product backlog, managing, refining, and prioritizing requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and agile best practices.
• Analyze complex business issues and collaborate with stakeholders to define technology solutions that meet business goals and deliver measurable value.
• Produce clear and concise documentation including workflow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications to guide development teams.
• Partner with technical leads, designers, developers, and QA engineers to plan and execute sprints, refine backlogs, and deliver applications on time and to spec.
• Lead and participate in Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and other agile ceremonies within a SAFe Agile environment.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive consensus on application features and priorities.
• Perform quality assurance tasks, including manual testing and creating test scenarios based on user stories, specifications, and developer interviews.
• Support the transition to agile methodologies across the team, promoting agile best practices and helping to establish a culture of continuous improvement.
• Work with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS) and service bus products (e.g., Boomi, Informatica Cloud) to support integration and scalable application development.
• Apply strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including code control, build, and release management, to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of enterprise software solutions.
