Job Description:
This person will be playing a key role in driving API integrations for all external clients and customers leveraging Premier Life, Absence, and Disability Solutions during the benefit enrollment process. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of technology and customer experience, offering the chance to influence scalable integration strategies in a rapidly evolving digital environment.

Requirements:
-5+ years of technical Business Analyst experience working with technical teams and gathering requirements in a customer-facing role.
-Extensive experience supporting API management and data integration initiatives
-Agile environment experience – Jira for project tracking and documentation
-Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset; ability to work independently in a client-facing capacity
-B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field

Nice to have:
-Experience in HR data, benefits, or the insurance industry
-Hands-on technical background in API development.
-Experience with MuleSoft API integrations.

Responsibilities:
• Support moderate to complex business processes across segments
• Gather, analyze, and document technical/business requirements
• Create process flows, use cases, functional specs, ER diagrams, etc.
• Provide testing support and resolve defects
• Participate in Joint Application Development sessions and drive process improvements
• Own project deliverables in a self-managed environment
• Present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholder
