SIOP SAP Consultant

Job Description:
This is a high-impact opportunity to support an enterprise SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) and supply chain transformation by helping deploy and optimize Pelico, a cutting-edge supply chain application, across manufacturing sites. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to large-scale enterprise systems, collaborate closely with cross-functional business and IT teams, and play a key role in improving planning, purchasing, and production visibility. Requirements:
-5+ years of experience as a supply chain–focused SAP consultant with hands-on experience working with SAP tables, data structures, configuration, and understanding how data flows to ensure accurate integration between systems.
-Hands-on experience supporting SIOP processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and production planning.
-Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, with an emphasis on Planning and Purchasing modules.
-Experience owning the requirements-gathering process and translating business needs into functional specifications.
-Hands-on experience analyzing and validating data and tables, ensuring accurate integrations with external applications such as Pelico.

Nice to have:
-Hands on experience navigating with Snowflake, sourcing the appropriate data for internal implementations.

Responsibilities:
-Support discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand SIOP, planning, and purchasing needs
-Analyze SAP ECC tables and data structures and support mapping into Pelico
-Partner with system integrators and internal teams to configure and test data integrations
-Validate data accuracy, resolve defects, and support enhancements
-Develop functional specifications and support standard ERP implementation practices
-Assist with workshops and stakeholder sessions (occasional travel)
-Provide ongoing functional support as Pelico is rolled out across sites
