Job Description:
As the WMS Developer you will lead the development of critical applications that support our supply chain and logistics operations, making a real impact on how we deliver to our customers. You’ll work with cutting-edge tools like Blue Yonder, MOCA, Groovy, and DevOps automation in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will mentor and guide a talented team of engineers, helping them grow while ensuring high-quality solutions. You’ll tackle challenging projects across our clients business systems, gaining exposure to innovative solutions and complex problem-solving. Requirements:
• 8–10 years of experience in software development including specific experience programming within Blue Yonder or any comparable WMS tool.
• 3-4 years of experience developing applications using Java and SQL
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions using MOCA and Groovy within a WMS environment, including extending core functionality, building integrations, and supporting system enhancements.
• Experience designing and optimizing relational databases running SQL queries
• Hands on knowledge of utilizing DevOps tools and automating processes for application release.

Nice to have:
• Supply Chain industry experience
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and architecture best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, enhancement, and support of medium to large-scale applications
• Serve as primary contact and lead support associate for critical applications
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to gather and clarify requirements
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews
• Participate in design and deployment reviews across cross-functional teams
• Write unit/UI tests and leverage CI/CD pipelines for deployment
• Triage production issues and perform root cause analysis
• Lead backend database design and structure relationships
• Mentor and guide onshore/offshore engineers; assign projects and review deliverables
• Participate in hiring, including technical assessments and interviews
