Job Description:
Our top Government Integrator client is hiring key resources for their existing program supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) on various efforts around their ServiceNow platform. You will be joining a team that securely connects more than 3 million end users at over 3,000 DoD and Federal sites around the world. In this position, you will help lead ServiceNow platform development – focusing on delivering modern order and service management capabilities in support of mission-critical DoD network operations.
**Must be U.S. citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET or TOP SECRET CLEARANCE**
Requirements:
• 6+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience in the Government/Federal space with 3+ years hands-on CMDB and ITOM experience
• Strong preference for hands-on development experience with ServiceNow telecom modules – TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management), TNI (Telecom Network Inventory), or OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications)
• Experience building and deploying applications that meet DoD security standards and security implementation guidelines (i.e. STIGs)
• Experience working in Agile development environments, supporting sprint cycles, testing, and deployment activities
• Active SECRET Clearance or higher REQUIRED (Interim will not be considered)
• CompTIA Security+ certification required within the first 14 days of employment
Nice to have:
• ServiceNow Telecom Certifications and/or ServiceNow Development & Architecture Certifications
• Experience in an AWS cloud environment
Responsibilities:
• Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow’s ITOM, TSM, and TSOM modules
• Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups and Roles
• Create, maintain and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
• Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc)
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades
• Assist with design, creation and cataloging of business process flows
• Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies
• Perform the necessary tasks to design and configure ServiceNow functions to meet operational needs
• Support business process re-engineering activities to move ticketing and order management capabilities into ServiceNow
• Identify trends and find patterns in unstructured and semi-structured customer data that can be used to create a more positive customer experience and increase overall network performance
• Interact with the customer to address Systems Engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues or conflicts
