In this role, you’ll own the full-lifecycle sales process, from prospecting and business development to contract execution and ongoing client engagement. As a key player in our growth strategy, you’ll collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and execute sales strategies and ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success in the IT staffing industry with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to develop industry-leading staffing solutions for Innovien clients.

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of experience in IT staffing sales or account management
• Proven ability to acquire new clients, close deals, and grow accounts
• Strong understanding of technical hiring needs, industry trends, and market demands
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client development, contract negotiations, and deal closure
• Grow existing accounts by expanding market share within MSAs and signed contracts
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their hiring needs and business challenges
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure the successful placement of top technical talent
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth through strategic account management
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
