Project Manager

Job Description:
We have partnered with a top integration company that is going through some large growth and looking for a strong Project Manager! This is a role where you’ll manage high-impact cloud transformation projects for municipalities and large enterprises across the US. You’ll work with cutting-edge Oracle ERP and HCM technologies, leading cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that drive real business outcomes. Requirements:
-5+ years of experience leading full lifecycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM solutions as a Project Manager.
-Proven experience leading high-level stakeholder meetings, driving initiatives and giving status updates and hitting project deadlines.
-Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects) and HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor)
-Strong experience with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Microsoft Project, and well versed in Excel, PowerPoint and Word for documentation purposes.
-Hands-on experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and adapting delivery based on project needs.

Nice to have:
-Experience in the public sector working with Municipalities.
-PMP and Scrum Certified, run both agile and waterfall methodologies.
-Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP or HCM

Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end project management activities for Oracle ERP and HCM projects
-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives
-Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and communication strategies
-Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
-Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and third-party vendors
-Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
-Facilitate Scrum ceremonies when Agile methodology is applied
-Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards and best practices
-Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership
-Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
