Epic Cadence/Prelude Coordinator

Job Description:
A top healthcare partner of ours based in Atlanta, GA is looking for an Epic Cadence/Prelude Coordinator to join their team for a long term opportunity! Must have current or recent experience working in healthcare, and creating the design, build, test, and optimization of Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration) modules. Requirements:
• 3-5 years hands-on experience with the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration) modules, including managing provider templates, visit types, registration workflows, and patient access configurations.
• 3-5 years experience collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to implement scalable scheduling and registration solutions, maintain build integrity, and support ongoing system upgrades and optimizations.
• Hands-on experience with the Epic Real Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality
• Experience working with end-users/customers for Epic application support
• Epic Certified
• Strong communication to be able to work with internal teams and third-party vendors

Nice to have:
• Additional Epic certifications
• Experience with Logistics and/or Hyperdrive implementations

Responsibilities:
• Provide top tier support to a multitude of healthcare end users that are using the Cadence/Prelude and RTE applications
• Resolving break/fix and optimizations tasks through a ticketing system (Evonte)
• Support Go-Live events/implementations and day to day customer use of Grand Central platform
• Implementation of configuration changes to the Epic system
• Meet with Informatics and other revenue cycle teams to work through change controls and ensure platforms are optimized
