ServiceNow Developer (offshore)

Job Description:
Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and customizations across the Now Platform
Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, IntegrationsHub spokes, business rules, UI scripts, and ACLs
Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and MID Server
Implement CI relationships and CMDB/CSDM best practices to improve data accuracy
Perform platform upgrades, patching, and governance aligned to ServiceNow standards
Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to define technical requirement
Maintain documentation, technical design records, and configuration standards
Troubleshoot production issues, support problem resolution, and optimize performance
Follow Agile/DevOps practices for deployment, versioning, and environment promotion

Requirements:
3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine Studio
JavaScript, GlideScript, GlideAjax, Jelly, AngularJS, HTML, CSS developing front-end interfaces
Workflow automation, security (ACLs), UI Policies/Actions, Client scripts
Experience Configuring and customizing modules including ITSM, CMDB, and workflow automations
Understanding of CMDB, CSDM, CI relationships, asset/data normalization
DevOps / CI-CD tools: GitHub, Jenkins, ATF, update sets, environment promotion

Nice to have:
API integrations (REST, SOAP, Web Services, JSON, XML)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
