Project Coordinator

Job Description:
One of our top clients in the Aerospace & Defense industry is urgently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the MNAD (Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestures) program. The resource will responsible for coordinating meetings, tracking project actions, maintaining documentation, and supporting project managers with resource and financial oversight. They will be working closely with the primary Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of all MNAD initiatives.

Requirements:
• 5+ years in a project coordination or project support role, in an enterprise IT environment (1000+ users)
• Experience coordinating meetings, tracking project status, and maintaining documentation
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar tools to track Project Activities
• Familiarity with infrastructure environments (servers, data centers, networking, or cloud)
• Ability to work independently while managing task lists and priorities.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, fast-moving projects that require flexibility, strong prioritization, and quick decision-making in both agile and waterfall environments

Nice to have:
• Experience using ServiceNow
• PMP, CAPM, or ITIL Foundation

Responsibilities:
• Track and manage project documentation, timelines, and task updates related to server decommissioning and firewall change requests.
• Follow up with application and infrastructure teams to ensure decom tickets are submitted and completed on schedule.
• Coordinate meeting agendas, action items, and project updates to ensure alignment across teams.
• Maintain records and updates in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Planview.
• Assist with progress reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for stakeholders.
• Provide administrative and coordination support across multiple concurrent projects.
• Escalate issues or blockers to project leads when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
