Director of IT

Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle daily IT needs, including onboarding, offboarding, devices, and user support in a Mac environment

Act as the main IT point of contact, working closely with leadership, HR, compliance, and engineering

Plan and improve IT systems to support company growth

Manage vendors, SaaS tools, and software costs

Create clear IT processes, documentation, and ownership

Take a hands-on, customer-focused approach to solving IT issues from start to finish

Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:

7-10 years proven leadership of corporate IT with the ability to both set direction and execute hands-on in a SaaS or technology environment

Solid background running IT operations and service delivery, including onboarding, support processes, and SLA management

Strong experience managing endpoints and device platforms across Mac and Windows users

Deep understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and role-based access controls

Hands-on experience with Rippling or other all-in-one HR and IT platforms

Background working in startup or high-growth environments

Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and software licensing

History of scaling IT operations or preparing to build a team over time
