EUS Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
This role will join the End User Fulfillment Operations team at their flagship Cedar Rapids site, directly supporting the campus with the delivery and distribution of IT and computer hardware. The individual will play a key role in maintaining and organizing stockrooms while working face-to-face with a variety of internal teams and stakeholders across the organization. Requirements:
-1+ year of experience in a logistics coordinator role or within a stockroom/manufacturing environment supporting shipping operations
-Basic hands-on experience as a user with Microsoft O365 – Outlook, Word, Excel
-Experience working within a ticketing system and managing a work queue
-Experience creating shipping labels and preparing outbound shipments
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams and handle escalations professionally

Nice to have:
-Associates or Bachelors Degree
-ServiceNow ticketing experience

Responsibilities:
-Accurately document ticket activity with all relevant details and tracking information
-Deliver parts to offsite buildings using a company vehicle when quantities meet van-delivery thresholds
-Coordinate shipments to other buildings through internal shipping methods when physical delivery is not required
-Issue hardware from the IT stockroom, update tickets accordingly, and deliver parts as needed
-Package and ship equipment to various AMER region sites outside of Cedar Rapids
-Maintain accurate shipping documentation and tracking records
-Create and generate shipping labels per requests from field service technicians
-Order and maintain internal shipping and packaging supplies for the IT department
