We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and strategy. Someone who can turn complex information into clear insights that empower sales teams and inform executive leadership. In this highly visible role, you’ll design and build impactful dashboards in Salesforce CRM Analytics, bringing together data from multiple systems to create a trusted view of sales performance across the organization. Beyond building analytics solutions, you’ll help interpret the story behind the data guiding leaders toward smarter decisions and stronger growth. Requirements:
• 5+ years of Data Analytics or Business Intelligence Experience – Cleaning, transforming, and joining data from multiple sources to create accurate datasets for analytics and reporting, ensuring data integrity and reliable insights
• 2+ years of Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Experience – Hands-on experience designing and building dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics, including developing dataflows, datasets, and recipes to structure and transform data for reporting
• SQL Development Experience – Experience writing SQL queries to pull, join, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases to support analytics and reporting solution
• Strong communication and presentation Skills – Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data insights, including identifying trends, cleaning, and explaining findings to leadership and stakeholders
Nice to have:
• Banking or Financial Service Background
• Experience supporting sales teams or sales performance analytics
• Salesforce Financial Cloud
• Tableau Experience
Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, and dataflows to provide a trusted view of sales performance
• Clean, transform, and join data from multiple sources to ensure accurate, reliable analytics and reporting
• Write SQL queries to extract and combine data for reporting and analysis
• Analyze and interpret data insights, translating complex information into clear recommendations for sales teams and leadership
• Partner with business leaders to guide decisions and drive sales strategy through actionable analytics
• Communicate findings effectively, presenting trends and insights to stakeholders
