Hardware Technician

Job Description:
This team is looking for a driven Hardware Technician to join their fast-paced team based in Beachwood, OH. The position provides a good mix of responsibilities—from troubleshooting and configuration to logistics and coordination—so the work stays varied and engaging rather than repetitive. Requirements:
• 1–2 years of IT / hardware support experience
• Experience with hardware deployment, imaging, or warehouse IT support
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable Transportation to commute on-site 4 days

Nice to have:
• Experience with barcode scanners / RF devices (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.)
• Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, access points)
• Familiarity with scanning software (Avanti, Telnet, or similar)

Responsibilities:
• Manage ordering and tracking of hardware through third-party vendor
• Prepare and ship equipment to warehouse locations
• Handle incoming returns (damaged, broken, re-imaging, etc.)
• Support configuration and setup of devices as needed
• Troubleshoot basic issues with hardware (scanners, printers, networking equipment)
• Assist with inventory and general equipment management
• Collaborate across teams to support additional hardware needs
