Job Description:
In this highly customer-facing role at our client, you’ll work closely with client teams to deeply understand their operational goals, workflows, and challenges, becoming a trusted advisor throughout their WMS implementation journey. You’ll lead strategic discussions, provide guidance on industry best practices, and translate complex system capabilities into tailored, actionable solutions that drive real operational improvements. Serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, you’ll proactively manage expectations, communicate project progress, and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment. Your role will be pivotal in building long-term, trusted relationships, influencing customer success, and delivering measurable impact for both the customer and our client, while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools, evolving processes, and emerging technologies like AI.

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of technical Project Management experience leading large WMS implementation and integration projects (Blue Yonder preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and lead customer-facing interactions
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable operating in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives projects forward without heavy oversight

Nice to have:
• Hands-on knowledge of third-party logistics operations, warehouse processes, and distribution workflows to quickly understand business needs and drive effective implementations.
• Direct experience implementing or supporting warehouse management systems, including configuring workflows, managing system integrations, and ensuring successful go-lives.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end WMS and system implementation projects within a fast-paced 3PL environment, owning delivery from kickoff through go-live
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, driving timelines, key milestones, and deliverables while balancing shifting priorities
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings with IT, operations, internal stakeholders, and external customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communication, providing clear status updates and managing expectations
• Take a hands-on approach to delivery—support testing, documentation, and develop a strong understanding of the systems being implemented
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and keep projects on track despite changing customer demands or internal priorities
• Partner closely with customers during onboarding, helping gather requirements and ensure a smooth implementation experience
• Travel to customer sites during key phases to lead sessions, drive alignment, and maintain strong relationships
