Meet Malia, the Manager of National Partnerships – Diversity & Inclusion. Having four years of experience under her belt, Malia is shaking things up by advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Thanks to Malia's leadership, Innovien has launched its first-ever Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program, which focuses on building awareness around working with diverse suppliers and partnering with Supplier Diversity Leaders to create opportunities for multicultural customers, vendors, partnerships, and potential staff. Malia is also an active member of various organizations, including Women in Technology, Atlanta Technology Professionals, Technology Association of Georgia, and Greater Women’s Business Council, and frequently volunteers for industry events. Outside of work, Malia can be found exploring Atlanta's food scene with friends, sipping on new wines at local tastings, reading murder mysteries and thrillers, attending Atlanta United soccer games with her boyfriend, or rooting for her favorite sports teams - Roll Tide!

Meet Taylor, the Director of Finance and our very own Chief Financial Wizard at Innovien. With over 14 years of experience, Taylor is a seasoned professional who knows the ins and outs of the finance world.

Since joining Innovien, Taylor has been a driving force in the company's growth and success. He's spearheaded numerous initiatives to optimize the cash flow management processes while maximizing profits for clients; Taylor's expertise has been invaluable.

Outside of work, Taylor is a true Atlantan at heart. He's an active community member and regularly supports local organizations like The Atlanta Community Food Bank and For the Kid in All of Us. But when he's not giving back, he's spending time with his family, including his wife Evelyn, son Xander, and furry friend Lulu. Taylor loves nothing more than trying new things, whether that means traveling to a new destination or tackling a DIY project around the house.

Taylor is a leader in every sense of the word. He is committed to driving change in his field, positively impacting his community, and supporting his family in every way possible.

Meet Renae, the Sr. Human Resources Specialist Operations, with fresh perspectives and introspections. With over 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Renae has quickly made a name for herself at Innovien.

Renae's contributions to the company have been game-changing. Her initiatives, such as streamlining onboarding processes and implementing a successful survey program, helped Innovien earn the title of Best of Staffing in 2021. Renae also introduced a new background check platform that revolutionized the hiring process and improved the candidate experience.

Mastering the art of work and play, Renae actively gives back to the Atlanta community by teaching artistry to youth and working with movement groups to improve the youth experience. When she's not busy with her philanthropic efforts, she loves to travel and deeply loves psychology. She's also a talented set decorator and production assistant for short films. And if that wasn't enough, she's a professional dancer, showcasing her creativity and artistry beyond the boardroom.

Meet Courtney, the Director of Recruiting and the powerhouse leader of our Innovien team. As the driving force behind the growth and scaling of our elite recruiting team at Innovien, Courtney is all about implementing new processes and driving improvements. She's also created a fantastic training program for new hires, designed to set them up for success no matter where their careers may take them.

But that's not all - Courtney's commitment to excellence doesn't stop at the office. She's deeply involved in her community, coordinating a fitness competition that helps teens and youths access fitness facilities in downtown Atlanta. She volunteers at the Atlanta Food Bank, and even mentors a high school junior in the region.

When she's not crushing it in the professional or charitable realm, Courtney is out and about exploring new restaurants in Atlanta. She's an avid follower of foodie blogs on social media and loves to travel with her significant other to new places. With an addition to the family on the horizon, she's counting down the days until she can enjoy a spicy margarita again.

Meet Josh, the President of Innovien Solutions. As the driving force behind our sales and sales training operations, Josh is an industry vet with over 15 years of knowledge and experience.

Josh has seen it all and is always hungry for more! He loves nothing more than improving those around him, and with his unique perspective on sales and leadership strategies, he brings a fresh approach to the team.

But that's not all! When he isn’t busy leading the team to victory, Josh is a superhero dad in training, spending quality time with his family, or unwinding on the golf course. Josh likes to challenge himself both physically and mentally and has a thirst for knowledge, often found going down YouTube rabbit holes to unravel the mysteries of the universe. With his thirst for knowledge and love for adventure, there's never a dull moment with Josh around.

Meet LaTisha, the Manager of Marketing and PR—and our resident creative and innovation extraordinaire. With nearly 10 years of experience in marketing, branding, communications, graphic design, and PR; LaTisha is a true marketing unicorn.

Since joining our team, she’s spearheaded all marketing, branding, communications, graphic design, and PR projects and initiatives, from increasing our company's presence through established branding activations to certifying our team as leaders in technology solutions (which resulted in quintupling our award nominations in global publications). She has tripled our engagement across all social media platforms, which means our company voice is louder than ever. She also manages all of our Employee Engagement activations and events.

But LaTisha isn't just a pro in the professional realm - she's also an involved community member. LaTisha has supported Habitat for Humanity and the NAACP for over a decade. And when she's not paying it forward, you can find her exploring hidden gems in the city, playing chess, cuddling with her adorable Yorkie-Poo, or traveling with her family.

Meet Casey, the Director of Talent Experience. Casey has used her passion for talent acquisition over the last 10 years to connect exceptional people with exhilarating opportunities. Her expertise in talent acquisition led her to join Innovien Solutions in June of 2020 as the Director of Talent Experience.

In this role, Casey has been instrumental in adding exponential internal growth to the Innovien team. Casey has played a role in growing the internal team nearly 300% in just under 3 years, while managing the talent acquisition process. She has also been a driving force in building the Innovien Solutions brand on campuses all over the Southeast.

In her free time, she loves running, working out, reading, and is currently learning to play golf. She is always eager to meet new people and connect them with internal opportunities at Innovien Solutions. Camryn, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Innovien is our leader and extraordinaire. Camryn is not just our CEO, but a visionary who knows how to lead by example. She's been lighting the way for others with new opportunities in our community for nearly a decade.

Back in 2017, Camryn was crushing it in her career, but she became fed up with the lack of women in leadership roles in the industry. Driven by a mission to make tech more inclusive, Camryn quit her lucrative job to pursue entrepreneurship. The same year, she founded Innovien Solutions.

She has since built a company that is now the top partner to several Fortune 50 companies with 300+ consultants across the globe. She's also created tons of jobs for recent grads in the area, boosting the Atlanta economy.

Camryn's impact goes beyond business. She's also a superstar in her community, uplifting youth and women in tech in Atlanta, GA. Camryn has been an avid supporter of TechBridge and YearUP, mentoring underprivileged students with a focus on tech education through full-time employment.

Camryn is the shining example of a fierce and inspiring leader, especially for women in tech. When Camryn isn't busy leading her team to success, she's traveling the world with her growing family, practicing kickboxing, or snapping photos of her epic journey.
